Do you enjoy assisting customers in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? Do you like building relationships and helping out the community? If so, then this Customer Service Representative position is for you!

Immediate need for a growing team! The Customer Service Representative will be providing top-notch customer service and suggesting upgrades for customers as needed. The ideal applicant will have a passion for helping people as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
-Qualify and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
-Persuasively and professionally selling optional services, upgrades and other products
-Maintain and update accurate records concerning all customer information in company database
-Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients
-Provide information to clients over the phone, via email, and in-person
-Assist clients by phone and in-person
-Send information to customers as needed and maintain any marketing materials
-Enter and maintain data in customer database
-Effectively communicate and upsell solutions
-Respond to internal communications (telephone calls, emails, voice mails)

Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to communicate professionally via telephone and in person, deal tactfully and courteously with the public and agency personnel
-Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
-Proficient using a computer in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), network, and internet environment
-Ability to organize multiple projects as well as deadlines and function as part of a team
-Bachelor's Degree highly preferred. High School Diploma/GED required
