Job Description:

Our Minneapolis Pro Staff team is currently seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for a company in downtown Minneapolis! We are looking for candidates who love helping people and have great communication skills. Some job duties include: assisting customers with questions, following up with correspondence, and the ability to deescalate situations that may come up.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The pay rate is $14-$16/hr (depending on qualifications).

Requirements:

* 2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to multitask with different assignments
* Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office
