A Fortune 100 financial company is looking for three enthusiastic and outgoing candidates to work in a fast paced call center like environment as a Customer Service Representative. Previous experience in a cell center environment is not required, but the managers are looking for people with some level of customer service and who are comfortable navigating computers and databases quickly.
In this position, you get to:
-respond to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services
-process transactions online -research and resolve problems and inquiries made by customers
-provide guidance to less experienced representatives
