li Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. /li li Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific customer needs. /li li Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary. /li li Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements. /li li Maintains correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks. /li li Enters information a computerized database. /li li Communicates any problems or issues to management. /li li To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. /li li Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. /li li Records details about customer inquiries. /li li Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. /li li Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. /li /ul
