JOB DESCRIPTIONInnovative, fast-paced product company in search of a Customer Service Representative who has a positive attitude and can be great representation of the company.
?Coordinating between customers and production.
?Manual dexterity to be able to answer phones and collect/record information.
?Entering and handling purchase orders.
?Ability to move to other offices or production offices to make order updates as needed.
?Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to aid and provide customer care.
?Minimum 1-2 years prior customer service experience needed.
?Knowledge of standard office equipment (computer, printers, email, phones, etc.)
?Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
?Experience in Microsoft CRM a plus.
?Deadline driven, fast-paced office environment.
?Monday-Friday schedule - TBD, based on assignment (Typically in the range of 7:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.)
?1-2 week learning course will be provided.
?Overtime may be required with compensation.
