JOB DESCRIPTION

Outgoing, skilled Customer Service Representatives for a large call center located in the North East San Antonio, Texas area.
Job Duties:
? Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.
? Provides callers with unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements.
? Accesses, reads, and interprets customers information and provides data elements within customer application.
? Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions.
? Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution.
? Assists customers in the enrollment process.
? Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.
The shifts required for this position can range between 8am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends!! High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required for this position. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and assessments required for the position.
Pay: $11.54 for English reps $12.02 for Bilingual (English/Spanish) reps Workweek: Full Time - 40 hours or more per week We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
