JOB DESCRIPTIONIMMEDIATE NEED!!!!!
Growing manufacturing company is in search for a seasoned customer service representative. Duties will include: Customer's parts inquiry via phone or emailDaily shipment reportProcess complete parts for 'Stores'Compiles Certificate of compliance Return Material Authorization correspondence to customersAudit revised purchase order from the customersOrder new Artwork and maintains Artwork Files inventory logged/file artwork Other duties as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is a must. Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills.
General education degree required
Must have at least 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry.
Must have at least an AA degree or 2 years completed of college.
