Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing organization located in Paramus, NJ. All candidates must have strong order entry experience and be able to learn and use an on-line third party tracking system. Will need to consult carriers regarding delivery, adjust orders when needed, and run and review distributor reports. Must be bilingual in Spanish and have excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Must be detail-oriented and be able to meet deadlines.
