Then the part-time Customer Service Representative at Enterprise Bank's Fitchburg branch may just be the right fit for you! You will play a key role in assisting customers with a variety of bank activities including deposits, money orders, savings bonds and more. Through your interactions, you will recognize opportunities to recommend products and services to meet customers needs. You will be empowered to act independently to resolve customer issues and complete transactions accurately and efficiently all while learning and growing with unlimited possibilities for your future!. Anticipated schedule: Thursday 7:45 to 6:15; Friday 11:15 to 5:15; Saturday 8:15 to 12:45 /P
P STRONG Requirements: /STRONG Minimum of one year of customer service/teller experience preferred, but we are willing to train an individual who is flexible, eager to learn, and has one year of prior customer service and cash handling experience. Applicants must be able to work as a team player, be punctual, and be comfortable using computers, with experience utilizing e-mail applications and/or teller/banking software. High School diploma or GED required. /P
