Medical Billing Supervisor (Temp) - (Hunt Valley, MD)
Interact with Customer to provide information in response to inquiries about services.
* Interacts with customers by phone to provide information; ensures the best customer service possible by researching and resolving issues.
* Answers customer s questions regarding service issues.
* Documents customer interactions and actions taken. Validates patient information and tasks/documents to ensure timely resolution of customer issue, claim, etc.
* Converses with customers to obtain information, identify problem, and provides assistance.
* Processes patient payments accurately and timely.
* 1 plus years of experience in Customer service, customer relations, and call center environment, equivalent field.
* High School Diploma or GED Certificate
* Ability to speak Spanish for some accounts.
* Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
* Previous experience working with Practice Management software preferred.
