The Company is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives that have 2 years experience working in an (Auto) insurance call center. This Customer Service Representative will be taking requests by mail and processing loans, resolving claims, changing benefits information,and other duties as assigned. Successful Customer Service Representatives will have a good aptitude for math, be detail-oriented and have good verbal communication (both verbal and written) skills.
