Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a contract to hire (18 month) opportunities.

Employees will be answering phone and entering data into internal system. This will be talking to outside vendors and getting the information from them while entering the data into wells systems using 10 key. They are not as concerned with typing or 10 key speed as they are accuracy as they will be entering payroll hours into the system and mistakes can be critical.

* Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 18 month CTH, will go perm after 18 months

* Hours/Schedule(if training schedule include here): 8 - 5

* 2 years customer service experience in call center or banking field

* Experience with pay roll a plus

* 10 key experience (accuracy is important not speed)

* Typing experience (accuracy is important not speed)

* Detail VERY IMPORTANT
