We are currently seeking a part time experienced Customer Service Specialist with two to three years of experience in banking. Working in a bank call center environment, the Customer Service Specialist will provide both internal and external customers with technical support pertaining to online banking products and services. He/She works to effectively troubleshoot and resolve each customer telephone or email inquiry regarding the Banks products and services, with exceptional service at all times. Responsibilities will include maintaining escrow accounts by recording transactions, performing fund transfers, and calculating interest, activating retail and business online banking and/or bill pay service and handling level one support calls pertaining to treasury management products and services.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree from a two-year college and two to three years banking experience, or equivalent combination of both. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, present detailed information, and respond to questions. The ability to efficiently multi task while maintaining a strong attention to detail is essential. Superior customer service skills along with experience with Microsoft Office applications are necessities. Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am to 5:15pm
Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30pm
For a total of 30.25 hours
