Job Responsibilities: Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. Depending on the line of business you go to some upselling could be required. Experience Target: Prior customer service experience preferred. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
