This national logistics organization is seeking a Customer Service - Call Center Specialist to support their client base and internal Customer Service Team. As a CSR Specialist you will provide customer service support to existing customers, support the team members with any escalations and make sure the client base is supported in the best possible way. Company is willing to train in their industry if you have strong customer support skills and ability to lead a team.
- Provide customer service to the client base and support any escalated phone support calls.
- Maintain an excellent working environment for call center staff and provide guidance and training when needed.
- Support customers with challenges and resolve any customer inquires, or complaints.
- Administration duties, coaching team, supporting challenges, and help create a team environment focused on supporting their customers.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing, or customer support over the phone and the ability to provide solutions according to the customers requests.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot
- General knowledge of computer systems and ability to pick up on new databases quickly.
