Ajilon Professional Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Seattle, WA for one of our top clients. In this role you will be responsible for exceptional communication with customers regarding questions, concerns and inquires. You will also ensure that information is accurate and updated to provide customer satisfaction. This is a temporary to hire position that is offering $13.00-$15.00 hourly. br   br Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities: br • Monitor inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service regarding questions and inquiries br • Interact directly with customers to answer any questions and address concerns or route customers to the correct personnel br • Maintain information and records by updating accounts and recording new information br • Build lasting relationships through communication and customer service   br • Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints by investing and correcting errors br   br Qualifications: br • 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience br • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) br • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Suite br • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written br • High organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask br   br If you would like to be considered for the Customer Service Specialist Job, please apply at    br   br /span
