Ajilon Professional Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist Job in Downtown Seattle, WA. In this role you will be responsible for creating and building lasting relationships through communication and customer service. You will also set up, manage and update customer accounts ensuring information is accurate. This is a temporary to hire position that is offering $14.00-$16.00 hourly. In addition, you will be working with a friendly and energetic team! br   br Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities: br • Interact directly with customers to address any questions or route them to the correct personnel   br • Monitor inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service regarding questions and inquiries br • Process orders, forms, applications and requests in order to maintain accuracy br • Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly by investing and correcting errors br   br Qualifications: br • 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience br • High School Diploma or Higher br • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Suite br • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written br • High organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask br • Positive Attitude br   br If you would like to be considered for the Customer Service Specialist Job, please apply at    br   br /span
