Job Description

Superior Technical Resources is looking for Customer Service Support 2 for our client located in Lowell, MA

Participates in handling requests and providing customer service, guidance, and semi-complex support for products and/or programs.
Supports the investigation and resolution of semi-complex problems.
Participates in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
Supports the provision of scheduling request prioritization to supplier facilities.
Provide a positive, world-class experience to employees, customers and field personnel via phone and email serving as a company contact regarding orders and inquiries.
Maintain proactive contact with customers regarding lead-time, availability, product price and other issues that might effect delivery, service schedule or invoice amounts. Receive and accurately enter product orders and service requests and monitor through delivery to the customer's designated location.
Respond to and resolve customer issues, or refer to an appropriate contact. Keep the involved functional groups and branches advised of customer's special needs, requests, etc. Proactively identify service opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
Maintain focus on continuous improvements by researching and suggesting innovative and cost-efficient business solutions. Initiate or participate in events to improve processes through quick and radical change.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Minimum of two years experience in a customer service position in an office setting, to include order entry responsibilities.
Minimum of 2 Experience with SAP


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Excellent phone presence and customer service skills.
Excellent written an oral communication skills. articulate with clear and concise speech.
Excellent organizational skills
Proven experience in problem solving
Proven participation in process improvements
