We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, driven and have a strong interest in an IT role br   br /span B RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br   br • Provides technical support to users for moderately complex computer related technical problems on a primary account br • Acts as customer service lead/account specialist br • Provides back-up assistance on other accounts br • Answers help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and responds to moderately complex customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met br • Assists the customer in resolving complex technical problems on a primary account by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems br • Resolves or refers highly complex technical problems as appropriate br • Follows up with customers to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame br • Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation br • Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved br • Analyzes and evaluates inquiry/problem reports and makes recommendations to reduce help desk call rates br   br /span B REQUIREMENTS: /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br   br • High School Diploma with 1 to 3 years’ experience br • Tech Support Experience br • Help Desk Experience br • Supporting Custom Software br • Expert Customer Service Experience br • Ticketing system experience br   br If you are interested please attach the most current copy of your resume.
