Customer Care Rep
Perm Hours: 2PM-11PM and every Saturday is required to work
? Confer with customers by telephone, email, and chat in order obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
? Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
? Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers? request.
? Manage and diffuse escalated customer calls.
? Contact customers to respond to inquiries and resolve customers? concerns within establish service level agreements.
? Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints quickly and timely.
? Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in Customer Relationship Management System as well as actions taken.
? Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer?s experience.
? Prepare weekly customer care reports; analyze and organize data to submit to management.
? Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
? Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS
? Associates or Bachelor?s degree preferred
? 1+ year of customer service or mortgage industry experience required
? Professional, proactive demeanor
? Excellent written and verbal communication and decision making skills.
? Advanced knowledge of MS Office
? Technical Computer skill set
? Ability to maneuver between multiple screens using dual computer monitors
? Ability to display empathy and acknowledge Customer concerns
? Ability to think outside the box and be an agent for process improvement.
? Ability to elicit ?WOW? moments and create positive memorable Customer experiences
? Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
? Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
? Attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
*Business Casual Environment (No Tennis Shoes but can wear Jeans), with a 1 hour lunch and 2 fifteen-minute breaks. Great Opportunity!
