We?re looking for detail oriented, motivated individuals who have 1+ years recent customer service and title loan processing.
Duties are to include: general customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints, processing title loans to include verification and payments, performing research on complex issues as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years recent experience in customer service, with title loan processing, high attention to detail, and good data entry skills.
