JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Offer full range of customer service support to employer?s clients, by phone, fax, and mail/e-mail. Full range of customer service includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls. The offered customer service should be of highest quality - accurate, polite, and competent.
? Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and/or Key Performance Indicators by utilizing sound telephone based selling and troubleshooting techniques.
? Have a full understanding of and consistently demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products or services to existing as well as prospective customers.
? Responds to inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, as outlined by the required call handling metrics, to include productive time, schedule adherence, handle time, after call work, etc.
? Effectively and efficiently sell products and services to prospective customers to maximize additional revenue from existing customers by selling incremental products as well as services through use of recommended sales techniques.
? Identify and maximize up selling/cross selling sales opportunities.
? Ability to install and remove applications.
? Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
? Great customer service skills, candidates should be courteous, friendly and have a professional manner.
? College degree preferred
? 2-3 years? experience of relevant customer service experience.
