Customer Service / Warranty Specialist - UP TO $40K
Direct Hire opportunity for a Warranty Specialist / Customer Service candidate. Salary up to $40K DOE
Ideal candidate will be someone who has had some kind of electrical, construction, mechanical background, or worked as a warranty customer service specialist. Troubleshooting customer technical issues with their fans: installation, noise, etc., are things covered by warranty.
This is NOT an IT position. More customer service related, but also has the technical know-how to be able to figure out whether the issue falls under the warranty. Since they manufacture giant industrial fans, some customer questions could get technical.
