li Provide administrative support to assigned accounts, handling orders and a variety of other tasks /li li Identify, assess and respond to customers' needs to ensure customer satisfaction /li li Partner with sales teams, brokers and other departments to build sustainable relationships in order to best support your customer's needs /li li Electronic filing of all account documents /li li Daily processing of POs and sending of BOLs /li li Partner with accounting department to resolve any billing issues /li /ul
br B Qualities and Skills /B br ul
li Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to write proper business formatted emails and correspondence to client base /li li Fluid problem solving skills; ability to take initiative and be resourceful /li li Excellent computer skills /li li 2+ years customer service experience in account management or vendor relations /li /ul
