JOB DESCRIPTIONAn innovative Company taking digital marketing to the next level is seeking a Customer Success Director for its expanding team. The Company is a PIONEER IN REAL TIME PERSONALIZATION and is uniquely positioned, in terms of team, expertise, vision, technology and ability to execute to lead a FAST-MOVING INDUSTRY while having fun along the way.
In this SENIOR LEVEL ROLE, you would be responsible for overseeing ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts. Specific responsibilities include identifying and quantifying the KEY SUCCESS FACTORS for each account to drive retention and expansion, validating key performance indicators and success criteria, optimizing platform satisfaction, mentoring support teams and overseeing product training and knowledge.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a strong background as a customer advocate to enterprise client organizations in a high growth SaaS solutions environment, experience with ENTERPRISE RETAIL OR FINANCIAL SERVICES ACCOUNTS, knowledge of marketing demand generation, team mentoring experience and strong digital technical and analytical skills.
