Job Purpose: Engage with Blue Coats strategic customers during the sales process, initial evaluation, during onboarding and as the ongoing customer lifecycle continues.
Work with Sales teams during Cloud/hybrid sales cycles. Engage with customer in sales cycle as requested by account team or background support for frontline sales teams.
Work with Sales teams during Cloud Evaluations. Engage directly with strategic customers to ensure a smooth evaluation process
Will engage regularly with Product Management and Product Marketing to keep on the cutting edge of the our cloud offering, understanding technical features and business benefits of our current solutions as well as Roadmap and upcoming features. Should work with PM/PPM/Enablement teams to insure SE/Sales teams are kept up to date..
Work with strategic customers when transitioning from evaluation to full deployment.
Provide ongoing customer success and value statements to strategic customers.
Work with customers to provide feedback for feature enhancements back to PM/PMM/Engineering, complete loop back to customer.
Work to upsell and cross sale, Cloud and on premise solutions.
Ensures all safety policies are followed at all times.
All other duties as required.
+ Experience working with a Cloud, SaaS technology provider
+ Strong presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with audience and present to all levels of an organization
+ Ability to handle diverse Q&A sessions during presentations
+ Strong computer skills with an emphasis on networking, knowledge of proxy servers, firewalls and TCP/IP
+ Familiarity with VPNs, security protocols and standards
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for working with customers
+ Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with a willingness to manage multiple simultaneous projects
+ Knowledge of Blue Coat Secure Proxy Desired
+ Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast paced environment
+ Bachelor s Degree highly desired for this position
