Description: Customer Support Agent (should be experienced in email, chat & phone support

Location: San Jose, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist buyers with merchant issues through email, chat and phone support

Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquires

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction to all our buyers and partners

Resolve tickets for each buyer issue using internal tools

Manage a ticket queue

Update internal tools with progress on each issue and process documents as needed

Responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback

All other tasks as assigned

Credentials and Experience

At least 2-4 years' experience in providing customer support

At least 2-4 years' Office experience

Associate's degree

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent customer service skills including follow-up, verbal and written communication

Good problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate different types of issues in an easy to understand format (verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and within a team

Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Ability to empathize with customers

Organized and calm while dealing with multiple issues at one time

Significant attention to detail
