JOB DESCRIPTIONLead activities of the customer support team's delivery of services to field technicians, clients' repair and engineering staff and commissioning team.

*** Instruct customers' employees and company's field technicians in troubleshooting and repairing equipment over the phone.
*** Guide, advise, mentor and coach the Service Desk team.
*** Interpreting maintenance manuals, schematics, mechanical drawings, programs, and other documentation in order to advise support associates, field techs and customers.
*** Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved without escalation.
*** Train and develop customer support team.
*** Ensure client satisfaction.
