JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking a Customer Service Representative for a Woodland Hills company. Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree to qualify.
?Manage and support corporate software accounts
?Provide technical support / troubleshooting to software administrators and users via phone, email, and live chat
?Act as liaison between customers and development/technical support team
?Perform recurring and as-needed administrative tasks associated with accounts, including but not limited to:
?Data Entry and Quality Assurance
?Coordinate and lead training sessions
