Adecco is hiring for long term temporary, Customer Service openings. These positions are will start in November through March. Our client is seeking candidates that can work in a face paced call center that can troubleshoot fitness equipment. Pay rate for these opportunities is $14/hr. Job responsibilities for the Customer Tech Support positions include:
* Taking 80-100 calls from customers to diagnose and resolve their questions
* Accurately process part orders to meet customer needs
* Work in a fast paced call center accurately documenting the calls while using online resources and diagrams to fix the customers' fitness equipment
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and able to use multiple software programs at same time. Will read and interpret drawings or schematics over the phone with customers.
* At least one year experience working in a high volume customer service position ideally in environment troubleshooting technology.
* Type at least 40 wpm.
