JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer service Representatives (Retail Card Services) / Call Center
Our client is a major bank located in Mahwah, NJ. They are seeking talented customer services representatives to promote strong and lasting Customer loyalty as they perform the formal dispute resolution function for Retail Card Services (RCS), exercising independent decision making authority.
Responsibilities may include
?Provides exceptional Customer Service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to customer dispute resolution while requiring minimal support from leadership
?Work with assigned merchants and dealers (with whom they have day to day working relationships, and with whom RCS has differing contractual requirements regarding the handling of disputes) to find equitable resolution for customer and merchant. Communicate resolution to both parties.
?Understand and abide by regulatory deadlines, time sensitivities and actions required to protect customers' rights (which differ by customer's country, and sometimes state of domicile).
?Exercise good judgment, experience and attention to detail to properly adjudicate disputes in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
?Research on-line and off-line history of account transactions to validate the dispute
?Receive written disputes from customers
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Duration: 3+ months
Salary: $13-14.00/hour (Dependent on experience)
