Customer Service Support (Renewal Champion)- SimplexGrinnell

About the role

As assigned by Manager:
Obtain renewal list from ODS and ACE
Manage in Sales Force
Upload leads in sales force when identified during file review
Execute renewal CSV calls
Upload leads in sales force when identified during renewal call
Create new renewal proposals, as necessary
Customer Master maintenance identify changes needed and enter into CM Casewise workflow
PMA maintenance identify changes needed and submit to CCA via PMA modification process
Initiate termination requests uncovered during renewal process
Retrieving copies of active contracts or creating new paper for renewal
Escalate agreements for DOA when needed
Other duties as assigned by manager
