The ideal candidate will learn and employ Cyveillance patented technology to identify relevant intelligence collected from the Internet.The incumbent will analyze the intelligence identified by Cyveillance technology, based on client specific criteria to assemble relevant findings and analysis. Responsible for the collection, assessment, analysis and delivery of daily and/or monthly commercial and/or government cyber intelligence reports. Will be involved with ongoing customer deliveries and customer meetings including Health Checks and Solution Assessments. Implement customer care processes and provide guidance to analysts and associate analysts in interacting with clients. Learn and employ Cyveillance patented technology to identify relevant intelligence collected from the Internet. Analyze the intelligence identified by Cyveillance technology, based on client specific criteria, to assemble relevant findings and analysis. Assist in customer care and all aspects of the production of our entire range of deliverables and information products. Ability to use publicly available search engines and Internet search techniques to conduct additional investigations related to the delivery reports. Mentor and task interns and apprentice interns to assist in the daily collection of cyber intelligence for delivery reports.Qualifications:Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or higher is required plus 2 or more years of experience. * Excellent analytical skills with close attention to details, strong critical thinking/logic skills, and be solution oriented with the ability to learn/adapt quickly. * Writing/verbal communication is a plus * Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently * Aptitude of technology and knowledge of Internet concepts * Proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
