Cyber Security Business Director

Location and team
DNV KEMA's Management and Operations Consulting group is seeking a Cyber Security Business Director to lead the growth and excellence of our Cyber Security service line. This position may be based out of any DNV KEMA office in the United States.
Tasks may include
Bear responsibility for acting as a business development lead with technical background and expertise in the area of cyber security as it relates to Operational Technology and Information Technology Technical
Engage with electric utility customers and effectively understand cyber security problems and offer value added solutions
Guide the development innovative solutions offerings and coordinate business pursuit efforts across internal DNV KEMA business lines as appropriate
As the Cyber Security business grows, be incolved with the selection and recruitment of additional personnnel to support growth objectives
What we're asking
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with 5+ years in OT or IT security experience
MBA is a plus
Experience and technical knowledge in the following: computer architecture, operating systems, inter-process communications, networking protocols and their related implementations
Solid understanding of Utility operations, smart grid technologies, and the systems required to manage energy delivery. This includes:
Outage Management Systems (OMS)
Distribution Management Systems (DMS)
Demand Response Systems (DMS)
Distribution Automation (DA)
SCADA, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
Smart Meters and in-home devices (IHD)
Familiarity with NERC CIP, NIST IR 7628, and other emerging utility related standards preferred
Recognized in the industry in the area of cyber security as a trusted advisor
Proven results in developing opportunities, consultative selling, proposal preparation, and deal closing is required
Experience with and understanding of industry standards such as: NERC, NIST, ISO,RFC, ISA, etc.
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
Willingness to travel regularly, domestically and internationally, up to 70%
Strong skills with Microsoft Office 2007/2010, especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel
This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
