JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY SHORT DESCRIPTION:
The Director s role shall cover two primary areas of responsibility: The Cooper University
Hospital Patient Logistics Center and patient throughput.
Responsible for oversight and management of all administrative and operational aspects of
the Cooper University Hospital Transfer Center ( The Transfer Center ).
Collaborate with the Atlantic Health Patient Transfer Center ( AH PTC ) for all contracted
services related to the operations of the Transfer Center and the interface between Atlantic
Health and Cooper University Hospital ( The Hospital ).
Responsible for planning, education, implementation, and evaluation of patient throughput
activates and goals at the hospital. This role shall be defined as Hospital Patient Logistics.
Responsible for representing the PCS Division relative to all projects associated with the
EMS and disaster Medicine Service Line as well as the Cooper University Hospital
Emergency Operations Strategic Planning initiatives.
Collaborate with the Incident Management Team representative from other UH divisions for
directing the Emergency Preparedness regulatory compliance, disaster planning and plan
implementation for all facilities of the Cooer Health System which includes Cooper
University Hospital, Cooper Health System physician offices and all healthcare business
Operations and management of the center for bloodless medicine
Scheduled Days / Hours: Sunday through Saturday; Education:BACHELOR Required, NJ-RN
