Requirements:
The Director; Respiratory Therapy is responsible for leading the respiratory care services provided by St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Joseph's Women's� and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. Key areas of responsibility include practice management; personnel management; fiscal management including charge master design and maintenance; policy; procedure and protocol development; medical staff communication; information system design and implementation; regulatory compliance; quality improvement and reporting; and strategic planning and annual department goal development.


Experience:
Five years experience in Respiratory Management
Ten years experience preferred


Education:
Associates Degree in Respiratory Required
Bachelors� or Masters preferred


License:
Certified Respiratory Therapist from the State of Florida Required


Registered Respiratory Therapist from the State of Florida STRONGLY PREFERRED
