Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS: Become a key member of the DLD team! This position will be responsible for working closely with cash management to reconcile all balances on loans active in Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. This will include management of all reinstatement and payoffs, ensuring the funds are accurately applied by cash management and the LPS system is properly updated. Other items that this team player will handle include return items, reversals, stale dated checks, daily suspense reconciliation and management of reconciliation of mortgage recoverable balances. In addition, this team player will be cross trained on how to process invoices in order to support heavy volume.
