Part-time (Monday-Thursday) 32 hrs/week



Desk Side Support Analyst Description:



* Diagnosis and resolve computer hardware and software issues at the customers location

* Diagnosis and complete repairs of computers onsite

* Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities

* Accurately and completely document work in the ticket/incident system on a daily basis

* Refresh computer systems and perform data transfer

* Map printers and drives as required

* Locate and install print drivers

* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication skills

* Interface with walk up customers in the CARE Centers

* Provide 360 degree communication

* Walk distances outdoor in various weather conditions, and lift 40lbs

* Must have valid driver's license

* Document work processes as assigned

* Other duties and projects as assigned



Required Skills:



* Minimum 2 year Technical Degree in a computer related field and/or 2 years of Desk Side troubleshooting experience

* Technical hardware and software skills

* PC Repair Experience desktops/laptops/tablets

* Diagnostic Tools and Application of the tools

* Excellent customer service skills

* Experience in creating, documenting and resolving tickets in a ticketing/incident system

* Ability to create knowledgebase documentation

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated/resourceful/dependable/driven/passionate

* Can function independently as well as part of a larger team

* Excellent time management skills

* Flexible availability - Days/hours



Nice-to-Have Skills:



* Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field is a plus

* Apple OS and Apple repair experience desktop/laptops/tablets

* CompTIA A+ Certified

* Active Directory experience

* Group Policy experience

* LAN/WAN/WAP experience

* Understanding of Networking

* Data Transfer experience

* Smart Phone and other mobile OS experience

* Google office products

* Experience creating and maintaining computer images
