The Analyst for Revenue Support will combine business and technical skill sets in order to; utilize revenue, sales and market share data (STR/MKG) using Microsoft SQL (2005/2008), VBA, MS Access, Cognos, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel to develop reports and analyses, and form views about business that will support the strategy and improve decision making within the RMCC team; maintain processes and seek innovations and customization in reports and toolkits that automate sales, revenue, market share analytics, report generation and audits in support of the RMCC team; and improve RMCC metric visibility to enable quicker action and ad-hoc RMCC specific performance analysis. What will I be doing? The Analyst for Revenue Support will provide or coordinate business process support for corporate systems (Delphi, Global SFA, Market Vision, Crystal Reports, OnQ Revenue Management, OnQ Forecast Management, IDeas, GRO and OnQ Rate & Inventory), including the utilization and interpretation of report results.
