SUMMARY
Assist in the management of the Information Systems infrastructure for the healthcare system. Assist with maintenance, set up and changes related to all SQL, MYSQL, Oracle databases. Advise management concerning Data Base and Server Clustering trends, technical problems, need for equipment/software upgrades, and priorities related to the network Data Bases. Assist in maintaining proper levels of security of system and information using patches, virus management, and domain-level security tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The specifications listed below are representative of the education and experience as well as knowledge, skill and ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor Degree is preferred.
A minimum of Six (6) years of previous experience working as a Data Base Administrator in Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005 or 2008, MySQL and Oracle 10.x environments
A minimum of Five (5) years of previous experience working in a technical services environment with Microsoft Windows and Unix Operating Systems, and working with hubs, routers, switches utilizing advanced VLAN technologies to manage local and wide area data traffic flow
Backup system familiarity; Backup Exec, Microsoft SMS scripting, EMC Networker
Previous experience in a datacenter including power, equipment installation and cabling.
Familiar with protocol-level HTTP, SMTP, DNS and LDAP.
Extensive experience with RAID, redundancy and fault tolerance.
Previous experience with corporate Anti-Virus and deployment strategies.
