JOB DESCRIPTIONAn established Santa Ana, CA Company is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join their team. Up to $90K/year with great benefits such as medical and dental and the ability for quick growth! As a Data Business Analyst, your job duties will include:
? Receiving new data and/or revisions, entering data, routing updated information to appropriate staff or departments.
? Receiving and interpreting a variety of fee data, organizing and completing data entry and data retrieval tasks accurately and efficiently.
? Managing configuration rules for all premiums and fees related to title insurance in a business rules management system.
? Helping to maintain and verify rate/fee data, and assuring that all necessary documents have been obtained for compliance/auditing purposes
? Troubleshooting data entry/calculation issues/ tasks and reports for accuracy, to identify problems and track down corrections as necessary.
? Work directly with business users to determine data needs and configuration solutions to address business needs.
? Developing formats and procedures for entering/retrieving various types of data.
? Helping train users on systems in both formal and informal settings.

? Excellent organizational and project management skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead teams.
? Ability to organize and complete data entry and data retrieval tasks accurately and efficiently
? Ability to troubleshoot data entry and retrieval tasks and reports for accuracy, to identify problems and track-down corrections as necessary
? Solid working knowledge of standard features and functions of multiple applications/modules to field, analyze and resolve customer issues/problems.
? Ability to set up electronic spreadsheets and then create charts and graphs that summarize the data from the spreadsheet in usable ways
? Understanding of BRMS (Business Rules Management Software) tools.
? Strong understanding of Title Insurance and Escrow Rates and Fees preferred.
