Position at North America



Responsibilities:



Develop proprietary IT architecture to service data management processes



Define architectural requirements and specifications and ensure feasibility of integration within the



parameters of existing systems



Apply knowledge in the analysis, design, development and support systems and applications



Translate requirements into technical design and develop comprehensive solutions to interface with client systems



Design and develop automation tools and solutions to ingest data and perform analytics



Maintain architecture and resolving issues as they arise



Provide vendors and end-users with support on technical integration issues



Minimize risk and maximize opportunities by communicating issues and proposed resolutions to project stakeholders, as well as escalating issues to leadership as needed



Perform audits to ensure quality standards are being met on a regular basis



Qualifications:



5 years of related experience with a minimum of three years of experience in business application design and development preferred



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science



Knowledge of Java, Python and C#



Experience using multiple methods for creating APIs with hands-on authoring preferred



Willing to expand technological skill set to Big Data Technologies such as Hive, Pig and MapReduce



Specific experience in B2B system integrations



Experience with EDI and 852 preferred



Ability to make clear decisions where required, but also co-exist within a team environment



Leverage existing skills while applying new approaches



This position is based in Port Washington, NY.
