Heavy data entry into multiple system applications with a high degree of accuracy. Processing steps can include setting up new client and advisor accounts, updating existing data, generating correspondence confirming client data, generating and distributing income payments and commission payments, and conducting follow up via written, electronic or verbal means to resolve outstanding issues. Research and resolve errors associated with processing. Required: High School diploma or equivalent knowledge with a minimum of 2 years of office experience or related financial and retirement industry experience. br   br As a member of our Operations Processing team, you have responsibility for processing various financial and non-financial transactions for our annuity clients. br   br Organizational Structure: br This position reports an Operations Manager and is on a team of 10 to 15 processors that works closely with internal and external clients and other departments researching alternative approaches to meet client needs. br   br Performance Objectives: br · It is pertinent you are at work on time during your shift each work day. br · It is important you have flexibility to work overtime. br · You must have strong data entry skills and experience and process with a high degree of accuracy. br · Exhibit strong customer service. br · Provide clear and concise information to our advisors and clients as it pertains to their annuity. br · Possess strong written communication skills to both internal and external clients. br   br Position Requirements br The Ideal Candidate Should Have: br · Excellent Customer Service br · Excel skills working with formulas desired. br · Excellent computer and typing skills br · Simultaneously work multiple screens at one time. br · Availability to work different shifts between the hours of 7:00 A.M to 8 P.M br   br   br /span br /span
