Job Summary
-Utilizing business and technical knowledge, this position manages enterprise resources for coordinating data utilization across the company, aligning data dependencies across systems of record, making the data available to business intelligence and other systems, and exposing enterprise data resources in a manner that facilitates robust role-based analytics. The Data Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to design and implement a data architecture program that delivers an enterprise data model, logical/physical naming standards, reference and master data management standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Enterprise Data Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the following:
-Lead requirements gathering for ETL, integration and Business Intelligence (BI) and serve as technical subject matter expert on movement of data across transaction systems, extraction of the same for use in the electronic data warehouse (EDW), and in constructs (?universe?, ?cube?).
-Responsible for leading and managing the day to day operation of the data platform for key enterprise class applications.
-Together with the Business Intelligence Data Architect, responsible for the design, deployment and administration of the company's EDW platform and ensures that the technical output conforms to best practices and standards.
-Works closely with Business Intelligence to translate business requirements into an end to end technical data development plan for BI sourcing, reporting and documentation.
-As needed, the Manager will be expected to perform hands on coding, performance optimization, design, configuration testing and deployment.
-Partners with Business Teams to assess how technologies can best streamline processes and/or add business value.
-Remains up to date on key technology, business and industry trends.
-Extensive contact with all management levels and other technology verticals is required to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex information technology issues.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
-Expert level project management and analytical abilities
-Expertise with data management and business intelligence technologies
-Working knowledge of complete information system life cycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies
-Experience staging data for use in reporting and dashboards and have proficiency in Agile SDLC using, different versions of MS SQL Server, DB2, utilization of web services and other methods for using transaction system API?s.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor?s degree in computer science and seven (7) years of relevant experience in Data Warehouse technologies, ETL Architecture and leadership/management or a combination of education, training and experience.
-Experience (5-7 years) as BI Specialist, Architect, or Manager
-Expert level Experience (5 ? 7 years) with SQL Server SSIS, SSAS, and T-SQL stored procedures.
-Experience with meta-data management tools, enterprise repository tools, data modeling and profiling tools
-Experience with IBM, DB2, SQL and RPGLE a big plus
