Job Description

1. Ensure all dbms systems are available and accessible by properly authorized personnel at all times.
2. Effectively communicates with vendors by escalating problems in a timely manner.
3. Develop designs, analysis, and budgets on projects as assigned.
4. Define and document best practices, standard operating and change management procedures.
5. Partner with the internal user community to analyze existing systems and solutions, identify areas for process improvement and guide the business in the establishment of effective and efficient automated solutions.
6. Lead project planning activities, design & architectural reviews, and code reviews for the purpose of designing, architecting, developing and implementing quality MIS systems enhancements or solutions, including integration with other systems/applications and database and reporting requirements.
7. Facilitate the completion of database and integration related tasks as well as the required documentation supporting the System Development Life Cycle (Feasibility, Inception, Development, Testing, Implementation and Support). Coordinate project related activities.
Typical Training / Experience - Typically requires BS/BA or Associates degree in related discipline or 2 years of relevant work experience. Certification may be required in some areas;
