li Define and manage development of RDBMS, Data Warehousing and BI infrastructure /li li Determine the set of tools, automation, and processes needed to scale analytics with rapid business growth /li li Optimize database schemas based on usage patterns /li li Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track business KPIs /li li Partner with cross-functional teams to lead or contribute to large-scale strategic projects as well as ongoing operational activities /li li Design experiments to answer data analytics questions /li /ul
  br B Qualifications/Skills Required & Preferred: /B br ul
li Extensive experience with both relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Redshift) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.) /li li Expert problem solving capabilities /li li Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment /li li You're a good communicator and team player who works across team boundaries to get things done /li li Proven experience with ETL /li li Deep understanding of data structures, graphs, and schema design /li li Experience with BI and reporting tools including creating visualizations /li li Experience with AWS ecosystem (RDS, Data Pipeline) a plus /li li Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related disciplines /li li 5+ years’ experience in database administration, data analytics, data science, business intelligence, statistics, or related /li li Professional work ethic coupled with sound judgment. /li li Flexibility and a positive attitude /li li Experience working in rapid growth environment that requires flexibility and continuous innovation. /li /ul
