SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
ONSITE LOGISTICS:
- Partner with the dedicated advisor and faculty teams to coordinate 30-40 workshops per month, serving as a liaison to manage logistics, materials, and audio-visual needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members and internal constituents such as faculty, account management, and marketing
- Serve as key resource for members to creatively solve and elevate operational challenges during the planning process and day-of the workshop
- Work with partners and participants between workshops to utilize and maximize Talent Development resources

MEMBERSHIP SERVICE:
- Work closely with dedicated advisor team throughout the lifecycle of a partnership by scheduling strategic discussions, completing specialized projects and requests, and supporting the service plan
- Collaborate with dedicated advisor and faculty team to coordinate year-long curriculum for assigned pool of partners

DEPARTMENT SUPPORT:
- Establish relationship with faculty to ensure successful completion of workshops
- Provide timely and up-to-the minute information on all relevant details regarding each phone appointment and workshop
- Update and communicate changes in process, materials, and or faculty requests/issues to team

TALENT DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
- Develop thorough knowledge of Talent Development curriculum and services
- Responsible for general understanding of workshop topics, agendas and general operations

The current opportunity is based in Washington, D.C.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s Degree
- Excellent academic record
- Must possess at least two of the following:
- Leadership experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in an office

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work independently with little manager oversight
- Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with senior executives
- Ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to successfully overcome challenges or obstacles
- Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
