JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager (FTE) for a global managed services provider. The Demand Gen Mgr will be responsible for the development of marketing strategy, and the end to end execution of webinars, email campaigns and other marketing programs. Metrics reporting and continuous improvement to marketing efforts are required.

This is an FTE role with the client in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal marketing and domain experts to devise key messaging points for lead generation campaigns. Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle.

Manage marketing prospect lists including the salesforce.com database, marketing automation solution (Pardot) as well as identifying external source lists of key prospect groups.
*

Work hands on in the Pardot marketing automation solution.
*

Manage and execute on webinars, email campaigns and other marketing activities.
*

Manage installed base customer interactions and promotions
*

Adjust demand generation strategy based upon the results realized* Work closely with sales to ensure appropriate activities for MQLs

Requirements:

*

5 years demand generation experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
*

Experience in B2B marketing - High Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma or other
*

Experience using Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or others)
*

Ability to define a set demand generation metrics and that are tracked
*

Proven ability to work closely with product marketing, product management and sales to obtain relevant content for communications and lead generation campaigns.
