Job Description
IT Department Summary:
Forever 21 is seeking innovative, energetic, and passionate Information Technology team members to develop and implement technological solutions for our dynamic retail environment that includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale and back office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
-Interact with network device parts suppliers, vendors, Purchasing Department, and local phone/data providers on a frequent basis to outsource correct parts -Provide administrative support and project coordination of multiple IT Projects at one time -Perform administrative tasks for Project Manager -Schedule and coordinate meetings across departments -Organize / coordinate projects in support of department goals, some of a highly confidential nature. This includes assistance in preparing presentation materials and agendas for project meetings, meetings with senior management and various other activities. -Apply sense of urgency, discretion, and sound judgment to assigned responsibilities, escalating and prioritizing tasks accordingly to meet deadlines. -Document, update, and communicate action items, changes, issues, user requirements, schedules, and project timelines in support of department goals -Willingness, ability, and flexibility to adjust work schedule to align with business needs, including, but not limited, to possible weekends and after hours work scheduling. -Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data and information
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications -Bilingual English/Korean -2+years? experience in supporting a technology based business unit. -Knowledge of E-Commerce operations - preferred -Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Web applications -Basic understanding of Telco line ordering process for phone lines and data lines. -4 year College degree - preferred -Demonstrated skill, tact, persuasion, judgment, and/or negotiation to accomplish objectives. -Solid PC computer skills and ability to use office technology efficiently. -Demonstrated analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach -Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. -Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals. -Self-starter with initiative for problem solving -Ability to multi-task and work independently or with minimal supervision. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, team-oriented environment. -Lead by example in the areas of work ethic, personal and professional development that leads to maximum satisfaction, and performance of all assigned tasks. -Ability to work collaboratively with all level of employees, in small and large group settings.
