JOB TITLE: DESKSIDE SUPPORT

JOB TYPE: CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS / CONTRACT TO HIRE / DIRECT HIRE

* Repair, maintain, image, reimage, update, upgrade and deploy laptops and desktop computers including replacing defective hard drives and memory.
* Take backup of Desktop/laptops whenever required
* Troubleshoot Desktop/Laptops/Printers hardware/internet/Email issues
* Copy/Burn images on CD/DVD etc
* Install software and applications on the desktop/Laptops
* Software and equipment configurations
* Providing the Software and Equipment Configuration Items and storing them in the CMDB (as per Policy) in order to define, maintain, and report the configurations utilized by each End User within Environment.
* Configure/review/Maintaining as a Configuration Item information and documentation for any existing, new, enhanced, or modified SystemSoftware
* Distribute/assisting in scheduling of Software at the desk side electronically.resovling all incidents for end users
ONGOING SOFTWARE SUPPORT :
* Installing/configuring third party software on Desktop/Laptop
* Ensure special requirements before widespread installation;
